The staff at the center utilizes a multifaceted approach to meet residential needs through individualized treatment in a supervised and structured environment. Residents have access to physicians and other qualified medical professionals, including round-the-clock nursing care and consultation services. Other daily living needs such as laundry, pharmacy, transportation, education, finances, and therapy are all part of the center's programs. 

A variety of specialized health professionals provide care at Penn Center. The frequency of their visits ranged from as needed to a 24 hour on-call basis depending upon the nature of the services provided.
